Women In Charge Summit ’24

Visual identity and promotional materials for One Girl's signature annual conference uniting women from diverse backgrounds to share expertise and foster community connections. The strategic design and content approach drove significant audience growth, increasing One Girl's Instagram following from 1,259 to 1,709 followers (a 35% increase) during the 5-week campaign from October 9 to November 16, 2024.

Challenge: Designing a unified visual system for One Girl’s flagship event that would effectively promote the multi-faceted event while operating within One Girl's established brand parameters—bold colors, gradients, and simple typography with minimal illustrations or iconography. Additionally, developing and implementing a strategic social media calendar that would build momentum for the event while maintaining regular organizational content and growing audience engagement.

Beyond design execution, I led the strategic rollout of all promotional content, crafting a detailed social media calendar that alternated between event promotion and regular organizational content. This approach ensured sustained audience engagement without overwhelming followers with event-specific content.
